All that part of the township of Great Bolton on the eastern side of the Manchester road, commenging with the house occupied by Mr Mangnall at Rose Hill, as far as the extremity of the Township at Burnden, the Westerly side of the Manchester road as far as Rose Hill Tavern, the south side of Lever Street, as far as the corner of Nelson Street, the eastern side of Nelson Street, the whole of Stott Hillock and Butcher Lane ending with the cottage occupied by William Smith.
